Momager uses the information you choose to share to personalize meals, maintain your household pantry, prepare grocery orders, and provide your assistants across your signed-in devices.

Information we store

We may store your Google account name, email and stable account identifier; family and dietary preferences; pantry items and photos; meal plans and recipes within those plans; grocery lists and store preferences; feedback; and the text of conversations with Momager.

Voice and photos

Short voice commands may be transcribed on-device or sent securely to our transcription provider. Momager stores the resulting text so your experience can stay synchronized. Momager does not intentionally retain raw voice recordings. Pantry photos and derived item information may be stored to provide scan history.

Services that help Momager run

Momager uses cloud infrastructure, database, authentication and AI providers to operate the product. These providers process only the information needed to perform their part of the service.

Beta product

Momager is an early beta. Please avoid sharing deeply sensitive information. We use product interactions and feedback to improve reliability and usefulness.

Your choices

You can deactivate your account at any time from Settings. Deactivating signs you out and clears your active profile, pantry, meal plans, and preferences from everyday use. We retain this information, tied to your account, for our own product analysis and improvement rather than deleting it outright — it is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. If you sign in again afterward, Momager treats you as new and walks you through onboarding again rather than restoring your prior state. To request full deletion of your account data instead, contact the Momager team using the support channel provided with the beta.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The latest version and its effective date will always be available here.
